Are all your sessions via distance /email?
Yes. Once you book your session and fill out a session form, I will schedule a
date for your session, and confirm with an email.
All of my sessions are via distance/proxy as I have found I work best remotely.
At the time of the distance /proxy session you are not present physically or on the phone or Zoom /Skype. I connect with your subconscious mind which holds all our old beliefs, patterns, memories, experiences and trauma. This will help give us information, understanding and guidance to where stresses and blockages are, in relation to your issue.
I believe distance sessions allows a more focused and deeper connection with you – Not having to explain findings during a session allows me to stay in the flow of where your energy needs balancing most.
After the session, I will email a copy of the session report.
It’s important to fill out the session form in detail, so I can work on the areas most important to you and focus on the underlying cause!
A distance session is no different to in person session and has the same outcome regardless of distance.
Should I choose a body or emotion code session?
An Emotion code session works on clearing emotions, whereas a Body code session targets physical problems but also includes emotions.. I find its best to start with an Emotion code session to see if this type of work resonates with you.
When will I notice any changes?
Some clients notice a difference at the time of the session, and some may notice subtle changes over time. Most commonly clients feel a little lighter, and others may respond to them differently.
How do you muscle test me when I’m not there in person?
At the time of the session I intentionally create an energetic connection to you (with your photo in front of me). Using Kinesiology muscle monitoring I am able to access your subconscious (that remembers all of your life experiences), and discover any negative emotions or physical imbalances holding you back from living your best life – in a distance session, my body and muscles will be standing in for you, so I can uncover imbalances and clear them then and there.
How long is a session?
All sessions are 1 hour. In this time I will work through your session form, and also check for and clear any priority imbalances.
How many session will I need?
Everyone’s life experience is unique, – some clients may just need a few sessions to work on a particular problem, and others may wish to work a little more – digging deeper for things that have been bothering them for some time. Clearing imbalances is a bit like an onion – uncovering one layer at a time.
How often can I have a session?
I like to allow a week between sessions for processing. This gives you time to reflect on how you feel, and decide what you would like to work on in the next session.
